Video Submission Terms & Conditions

Pick-Me Fans Podcast Guest Video Submission Agreement

Effective Date: July 1, 2026

Thank you for your interest in appearing on our podcast. To be considered for a featured guest appearance, all applicants must submit a video introduction. By submitting your video, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Purpose of Submission

Your video submission is intended solely for the purpose of evaluating your potential as a guest on the podcast. Submission of a video does not guarantee selection, an interview, publication, or future participation.

2. Eligibility

• By submitting a video, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have the legal right to submit the content.
• You are appearing voluntarily.
• Any statements made in your submission are your own.

3. Content Requirements

Your submission should:

• Clearly introduce yourself.
• Explain why you would be an interesting guest.
• Be authentic and truthful.
• Be respectful toward others.

Please do not submit content that:

• Contains illegal activity.
• Infringes another person's copyright or intellectual property.
• Contains defamatory statements.
• Includes threats, harassment, or unlawful discrimination.
• Violates another person's privacy.

4. Ownership

You retain ownership of your original video.

However, by submitting your video, you grant the podcast and its affiliates a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to:

• View your submission.
• Store your submission.
• Review your submission.
• Share your submission internally with production staff.
• Use portions of your submission for promotional consideration unless you expressly request otherwise.

5. Public Use Authorization

If selected, you authorize the podcast to use your submitted video, in whole or in part, for purposes including:

• Guest announcements
• Promotional trailers
• Social media clips
• Marketing materials
• Website content
• Podcast-related publications

This authorization is granted without expectation of royalties or additional compensation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Editing Rights

You acknowledge that submitted videos may be:

• Edited
• Cropped
• Color corrected
• Reformatted
• Captioned
• Combined with other media

The production team may make reasonable edits while preserving the overall meaning of your submission.

7. Selection Process

Selection is based entirely upon editorial discretion.

We reserve the right to:

• Accept or reject any submission.
• Remove submissions from consideration.
• Decline to provide reasons for selection decisions.
• Contact applicants for additional information or interviews.

8. No Compensation

Submitting a video does not create an employment relationship, partnership, agency relationship, or contractual obligation for compensation.

Unless separately agreed in writing, video submissions are voluntary.

9. Accuracy of Information

You agree that all information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Providing intentionally false or misleading information may result in removal from consideration.

10. Privacy

Personal information submitted with your application will be used for guest selection and podcast administration.

We will not intentionally sell your personal information to third parties.

Information may be shared with production staff, editors, contractors, or service providers involved in podcast operations.

11. Recording Consent

If selected as a guest, you understand that interviews may be:

• Audio recorded
• Video recorded
• Live streamed
• Edited
• Republished

You grant permission for these recordings to be used in connection with the podcast and related promotional activities.

12. Intellectual Property

You represent that your submission does not unlawfully use:

• Copyrighted music
• Television footage
• Movie clips
• Logos
• Images
• Trademarks
• Other protected material

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the podcast, its owners, producers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Loss of submitted materials
• Technical failures
• Delayed review
• Data transmission issues
• Decisions regarding guest selection

14. Removal Requests

If your submission has not yet been published, you may request its withdrawal by contacting the podcast.

Once content has been publicly published or incorporated into promotional materials, removal may not be possible.

15. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically.

Future submissions will be governed by the version in effect at the time of submission.

16. Acceptance

By submitting your video, you acknowledge that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions.
• You understand them.
• You voluntarily agree to them.
• You consent to the review and use of your submission as described above.
